About this role
Role Overview
Provide first-level technical support for the ServiceNow platform
Incident logging, initial troubleshooting, user support, request fulfilment
Escalate unresolved incidents to higher support tiers
Monitor ServiceNow queues and handle incidents
Perform initial troubleshooting using knowledge articles and procedures
Process standard service requests
Monitor system alerts, logs, dashboards, and integrations
Requirements
4+ years of experience
Certified ServiceNow Administrator
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform
Expertise in modules such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management
Good understanding of ITIL concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills
Understanding of ticketing tools and support processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
