Role Overview
- Lead the administration of U.S. benefits programs
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefit programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit vendors
- Manage vendor performance and service delivery
- Lead end-to-end Open Enrollment planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Develop and deliver reporting on benefits utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing vendors and leading Open Enrollment processes
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
