RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Orthopedic Surgery

Role Overview

• Coordinate clinical care and communication for spine practice.
• Support preoperative, postoperative, and follow-up patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education to improve preparedness for treatment and surgery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of patient care tasks.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in Epic.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with two years of nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location.
• Basic Life Support Certification or obtains certification within one month of employment.
• Strong nursing judgment and clinical triage skills.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
