Develop strategic revenue plans focused on standardizing P&L alignment, price structures, and price calendars, and provide updates to the Executive team.
Analyze sales data and market share to forecast and recommend margin growth opportunities.
Build and lead a revenue team dedicated to achieving gross profit targets and implementing effective strategies.
Monitor and manage spend budgets to ensure alignment with margin goals.
Collaborate with sales leads and finance partners to assess market trends, forecasts, and opportunities for margin improvement.
Partner with markets to identify risks, mitigate challenges, and leverage opportunities for growth.
Evaluate share-driving activities and identify key matchups by market to maximize pricing strategies, starting with supplier strategies and tailoring them to local needs.
Communicate margin opportunities, risks, and recommendations to business managers and supplier teams.
Report on key process metrics and monitor adherence to KPIs related to margin growth, sharing insights with stakeholders.
Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on margin performance to business units and supplier teams.
Coordinate the implementation of new technologies to enhance revenue management and pricing processes.
Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to optimize margin growth.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field desirable
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
Proficiency using PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Understanding of technology tools that enable revenue management planning and reporting (Financial reporting, SAP)
Strong negotiation skills
