The Senior Tech Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis of complex business problems and guiding the design and implementation of advanced business solutions.
Collaborates with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to implement and support solutions to optimize performance, drive savings, and enhance the company’s competitive edge.
Identifies and documents emerging business requirements; Questions business partner and knowledge worker preferences to identify unique value drivers.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, user guides and reports.
Communicate between business units, technology teams, and support teams, aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.
Requirements
5+ Years of experience with relevant bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications or related field.
Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or working within Salesforce ecosystems (e.g., Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience working closely with software development teams on delivery and enhancements.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
