Senior Content Strategist

Role Overview

• Define and own the content strategy for EPM area
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality content across formats
• Engage directly with customers to source insights and develop reference content
• Build and manage a customer content program
• Translate product messaging into buyer-facing narratives
• Contribute to flagship content programs and support AI-powered content workflows
• Define content KPIs and measure performance across the funnel

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B content and marketing experience
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing motions
• Proven track record developing content strategy with measurable impact
• Direct experience engaging with customers for case study development
• Demonstrated AI fluency and commitment to developing it fast
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
