About this role
Role Overview
Oversee a regional team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of account managers for high performance and engagement.
Foster a collaborative team environment promoting excellence in client service.
Guide the team through tactical problem-solving and operational challenges.
Serve as an escalation point for regional client accounts, building strong relationships.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED.
4–6 years of relevant experience in sales or account management processes.
1–2 years of direct management or team leadership experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Native-level fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is strongly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and organizational changes.
