Role Overview
- Lead engaging training sessions for new and experienced financial professionals and staff, gathering feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Organize, plan, and develop training modules and materials to support software and program education.
- Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting trade issues and guiding users in mastering the WealthPort trading system.
- Respond to requests for custom reporting, system enhancements, and insights from management, associates, and financial professionals.
- Present live trainings, both onsite and virtually, to help financial professionals unlock the full potential of our trading platform.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching training trends, best practices, and new knowledge to continually enhance our training programs.
Requirements
- Licensing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7.
