Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
Assist the CFO and senior leadership with financial insights and analysis
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis
Monitor financial performance against budgets and recommend improvements
Support Series B/C fundraising activities and develop investor presentations

MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
CA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC), global organization, or technology company is highly desirable
Experience with transfer pricing principles
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
