About this role
Role Overview
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, operational, leadership, and corporate positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
Monitor recruiting workloads and prioritize open positions based on organizational needs.
Conduct regular recruiting meetings with operational leadership.
Review recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, schools, and community partnerships.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and executive-level recruiting metrics.
Evaluate recruiting workflows and implement process improvements.
Support new facility openings, acquisitions, and organizational expansion.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
Assist with executive and leadership recruitment as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting leadership or management experience.
Experience recruiting across multiple locations and disciplines.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience.
Multi-state recruiting experience.
Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
