Role Overview
- Respond to AOG situations locally or remotely, including travel to aircraft locations as needed
- Diagnose and repair mechanical discrepancies under time-critical conditions
- Coordinate with Maintenance Control, vendors, and parts suppliers to expedite repairs
- Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Accurately document all maintenance performed, including corrective actions and return-to-service approvals
- Provide technical guidance to flight crews and operations during AOG events
- Maintain readiness of tools, parts kits, and travel documentation for rapid deployment
- Support after-hours and on-call rotations
Requirements
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required)
- Legally authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance; AOG or field service experience strongly preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple aircraft systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet navigation)
- Familiarity with Citation X and Hawker 800X aircraft (preferred)
