About this role
Role Overview
- Drive sales growth and profitability in the Dutch market
- Define and execute the country strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Own and manage the full P&L
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and mid-term business plans
- Oversee daily operations including logistics, warehousing, and assembly
- Ensure efficient processes and performance across the business
- Lead the sales team and account managers
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Manage recruitment, performance, and talent growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 8 years of sales and management experience
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g. AX), BI tools, and MS Office
- Fluent in Dutch and English
