Lead post-incident reviews, identify root causes, develop corrective action plans, and ensure identified improvements are implemented and monitored.

Develop and maintain enterprise business continuity plans in partnership with Information Technology, Facilities, and Clinical teams.
Establish critical vendor relationships and emergency resource agreements to ensure operational continuity and supply chain resilience during emergencies.
