Support the Director of International Operations with high-quality commercial analysis across pricing, market opportunity, customer segmentation, deal economics, pipeline performance, forecasting, revenue performance and commercial prioritisation.
Maintain clear visibility of the commercial pipeline across markets, including opportunity stage, customer segment, MW capacity, value, probability, expected timing, risks, next actions and ownership.
Support CRM management and CRM hygiene by helping ensure commercial data is accurate, complete, consistently updated and fit for forecasting, sales reporting, management review and decision-making.
Work collaboratively with sales and in-market commercial teams to strengthen pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene, ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked, properly qualified, consistently updated and supported by clear close plans, with key risks or gaps escalated to the Director of International Operations for oversight.
Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, reports and KPI tracking to provide visibility of pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, deal velocity, revenue risk, market progress and sales performance.
Analyse pipeline movement, stalled opportunities, stage conversion, win/loss trends, sales cycle length and forecast variance, providing practical insights and feedback to the Director of International Operations, management and sales teams.
Prepare clear, structured decision-support materials, business cases and commercial analysis packs, ensuring recommendations are backed by data, logic, evidence and well-framed assumptions.
Work with Finance and commercial teams to improve the quality, consistency and credibility of commercial forecasts, deal models, pricing inputs, margin analysis, revenue assumptions and scenario planning.
Support pricing analysis, customer economics, commercial packaging and deal structure, helping assess whether opportunities are attractive, deliverable and aligned with VIOTAS’ strategic priorities, operational capability and margin expectations.
Support commercial governance and approval processes, by developing the commercial analysis, supporting evidence and decision materials required before commitments are made to customers or markets.
Analyse target markets, customer segments, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, service opportunities, customer value drivers and energy market trends to support market prioritisation, market-entry preparation, partnership assessment and account expansion.
Use AI tools and modern analytical methods to improve the speed, quality and scalability of commercial analysis, CRM insight, reporting, forecasting, market intelligence, business case development and decision support.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in a commercial analyst, commercial finance, business analyst, or similar analytical role, ideally within energy, technology, infrastructure, industrial services or a scaling B2B environment.
Relevant third-level qualification in business, finance, economics, engineering, data analytics, mathematics, energy systems or another commercially or quantitatively focused discipline.
Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with CRM data, pipeline reports, pricing inputs, customer economics, margin analysis, revenue assumptions and imperfect commercial information.
Experience supporting pipeline management, CRM discipline, commercial reporting and sales performance analysis, including CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, conversion analysis, forecast confidence, deal velocity and management reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn complex data and commercial analysis into clear recommendations, executive-ready materials, dashboards and decision-support papers for senior stakeholders and sales teams.
AI-native and highly systems-oriented, with practical ability to use AI tools, dashboards and modern analytical methods to improve research, reporting, workflow design, insight generation, forecasting, CRM analysis and commercial productivity.
