About this role
Role Overview
Build and strengthen valuable partnerships while ensuring excellent support for local partners
Establish new, mutually beneficial relationships
Maintain strong and productive collaborations with existing partners
Manage incoming partner sales leads
Deliver high-quality training on Credit & Savings topics to support partner success
Organize teamwork to deliver excellent service to partners, customers, and stakeholders
Drive sales of banking products and support profitable Retail Banking growth
Ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of lending cases (MEMOs)
Organize and participate in partner events and local initiatives
Monitor and analyze market trends with partners and share insights with stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Growth teams to support sales initiatives and projects
Oversee customer service network and related projects ensuring delivery within timelines and budget
Ensure high standards of data quality, documentation and full compliance with regulations (KYC, AML, etc.)
Maintain effective collaboration across teams and represent Luminor externally
Perform leadership tasks and other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service within the financial industry
Understanding of Retail Banking and the real estate market
Previous people management experience (1–2 years) with strong leadership and coaching skills
Proven ability in performance management and people development
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally and across borders
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
