About this role
Role Overview
Act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor for Xero customers
Provide high-quality support through various channels
Help users unlock the full value of Xero
Engage in proactive call campaigns for customer support
Utilize modern tools, including Generative AI, for support enhancement
Manage and resolve customer cases via platforms like Salesforce
Adapt to evolving CX strategies and product landscapes
Requirements
Experience from a service environment working towards service levels and quality targets
Clear, concise, and authentic communication style
Confidence for proactive outbound calls and self-management
Growth mindset and readiness to learn
Committed team player building trust and assisting others
Proficiency with IT tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with accounting systems or case management tools is a bonus.
Benefits
