Understand, analyze, identify, and synthesize the client's challenges
Convince the client that the digital agency is the right partner to take on these projects
Estimate all criteria required to make a go/no-go decision
Lead and organize the proposal/response phase
Produce the response plan and contribute to its development
Collaborate with the sales team
Prepare for and participate in pitch presentations

Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand client issues
Ability to abstract and conceptualize solutions
Excellent written communication skills
Synthesizing mindset and ability to create diagrams/visuals
Leadership and persuasive skills to engage contributors in the response
Excellent oral communication and professional demeanor
