Build and maintain detailed financial models including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and comparable company analyses.
Prepare initial drafts of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), pitch books, and client presentations.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to support transaction origination and execution.
Coordinate data room management and due diligence processes across buyer, seller, and legal teams.
Support senior bankers in preparing meeting materials, managing buyer outreach lists, and tracking deal timelines.
Draft internal memos and key transaction documents under supervision.
Research and compile precedent transaction analyses, including sourcing deal data, benchmarking TEV/EBITDA multiples by sector and size tier, and synthesizing findings into presentation-ready outputs.
Assist in the development of comprehensive valuation models integrating multiple methodologies — including precedent transactions, public comparables, and intrinsic value analyses — to support fairness opinions and sell-side advisory work.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, and Economics.
0-2 years of investment banking corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
Series 79 and Series 63 licenses required within 90 days of start date.
Advanced proficiency in financial statement analysis and valuation methodology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing capability.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure.
