Growth consulting: You act as a business partner to your clients. You analyze first-party data, map stakeholder structures, understand margins, and derive robust strategic recommendations.
Cross-channel orchestration: You don’t work in silos. You connect tools, platforms and content into a consistent customer journey that seamlessly guides your clients’ customers from the first click to conversion.
AI enablement: Within our in-house “AI Lab” we identify new use cases. You actively leverage generative AI to optimize workflows, iterate ad copy and automate data-driven decision processes.

You have proven, in-depth experience in the operational and strategic management of SEA and paid social campaigns.
You think in P&Ls, ROAS, CPA and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Analytical thinking and a passion for data are deeply embedded in your mindset.
You have a broad foundational understanding of other marketing disciplines (e.g., SEO, CRO, Web Analytics).
You don’t need to execute these disciplines hands-on, but you must be able to orchestrate them strategically.
You are a strong communicator, present confidently to clients and enjoy translating complex data into clear, compelling stories.
You are not afraid of failure — you enjoy hypothesis-driven testing and learning from every outcome.
