Apprenticeship as Commercial Trainee – Marketing Communications

Role Overview

• Conceptualizing and executing advertising campaigns: You will support the marketing team in developing and implementing promotions, campaigns and marketing activities both online and offline
• Market analysis and target group research: You will monitor the market and competitors and work intensively with our target audiences and their needs
• Budget planning and cost calculation: You will learn how a marketing budget is planned and will be involved in marketing controlling
• Evaluation and presentation of marketing activities: You will assist in preparing analyses and evaluations of all campaigns and present the results within the marketing team
• Organization of events and promotional activities: You will support the planning and execution of events and promotions, e.g. in our stores
• Social media: You will assist the team with planning and content creation for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram

Requirements

• You have a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or university-preparatory diploma (Abitur) with good grades in German and mathematics
• You are communicative and enjoy interacting with people
• You enjoy working with numbers and data
• You like to work in a structured way and have organizational skills
• You have an affinity for social media, enjoy being creative and may already have initial experience as a content creator
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
• First practical experience through internships, part-time jobs or volunteer work
