Lead execution of multiple capital projects from concept development through commissioning and closeout while maintaining focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
Generate and evaluate project scopes, cost estimates and project schedules for new installations, expansions, and facility upgrades.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Compliance, Environmental, Safety, Land, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to leadership.
Support construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting of midstream facilities in collaboration with Operations, Construction, and EHS teams.
Resolve technical and construction issues that arise during project execution.
Capture lessons learned and incorporate best practices into future projects.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering (or a related engineering field).
Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in midstream or natural gas systems.
Valid driver’s license.
Understanding of gas pipeline design, compression, dehydration, and metering systems.
Willingness to travel up to 20% and work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
