About this role
Role Overview
You will work directly with the CEO on GreenPocket's strategic direction.
With your broad interests, over several months you will identify market-relevant key elements for acquiring new direct customers from specific segments (e.g., retail, municipalities, and housing associations).
From your insights you will derive concrete action items and actively engage in initial outreach with potential customers.
You are also welcome to regularly engage with new or changed legal requirements (e.g., the Energy Efficiency Ordinance) and assess their impact on the company.
In addition: you will identify and qualify new market segments and customer groups, create Ideal Customer Profiles, initiate first customer contacts and will in the future also conduct qualification calls and webinars.
You will build and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
You will actively work with technology to automate our sales processes and drive this forward.
You will build and optimize lead-generation processes.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Controlling (finance) and discuss your results directly with the CEO.
You will support the planning of inbound (e.g., content, SEO, lead funnels) and outbound (e.g., LinkedIn, mailings, cold calls) marketing activities.
Requirements
You have completed a degree in economics, business administration, or a management-focused program, or you hold another comparable qualification that convinces us.
You are a quick thinker, can see connections and analyze them rapidly.
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in sales and/or business development at a software company, preferably in a startup or consulting environment.
It is desirable that you are interested in energy efficiency and AI or already have experience in this area.
You are highly proficient in PowerPoint and can captivate others with your presentations; you also feel very confident using Excel.
You have very good German and English skills and are comfortable speaking with potential customers.
