Role Overview
- Manage the inbox and handle incoming emails
- Process bank transactions with precision
- Handle purchase invoices efficiently
- Create, record, and send sales invoices
- Keep the administration clean and up-to-date
- Once up to speed, work on managing accounts receivable and payable, supporting with month-end closings, preparing for audits, and developing process descriptions.
Requirements
- HBO or WO student with a focus on finance.
- Speak English at a professional level, while Dutch and/or German are a plus!
- Located in the Hague and available for 3 (or more) days per week for at least 6 months starting Jul/Aug 2026.
