Senior ownership of mission production
Support implementation of the mission gameplay vision
Ensure consistency and that missions are in a shippable state
Use internal in-engine tools for mission flows, objectives, mission scripting and navigation
Develop a strong vision for mission locations
Coordinate dependencies with other departments
Establish standards/best practices for mission design and the mission pipeline

Degree in Game Design or a related field
Several years of experience in mission/level design
Good German and English, both written and spoken
Experience with simulation titles and/or games
Strong understanding of mission structure, pacing, objectives, failure states, tutorialization/guidance and player readability
Hands-on experience with in-engine tools and data/state-based mission systems
Strong iteration and debugging skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
