Role Overview
- Analyze, validate and consolidate commercial, operational, and financial data to provide visibility into the Group’s equipment activity.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of three to drive the Equipment Division’s performance.
- Oversee preparation of monthly results and forecasts for Equipment activity.
- Establish and enforce management standards for commercial quotations and the results of the Group’s lines.
- Lead analysis of accounting vs. management variances and propose corrective actions.
- Improve, monitor, and test various management tools; automate and enhance reporting processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or a degree from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, ideally gained within a large international group.
- Proficient with IT and office tools, particularly Excel (Power Pivot) and Access.
- Working proficiency in English.
