About this role
Role Overview
Develop and strengthen CEVA’s business relationships with strategic Automotive customers in North America
Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities while ensuring operational excellence
Safeguard and maintain existing business across all geographies
Build and expand senior-level relationships across regions and business units
Lead and coordinate contract negotiations and major commercial opportunities
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
Develop and implement strategic account plans, including growth targets and relationship management
Provide regular updates, reports, and executive briefings, including to senior leadership
Develop and execute strategies to retain existing business and achieve high customer confidence
Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and across all relevant customer levels
Identify, escalate, and resolve issues in collaboration with CEVA leadership
Own and drive account growth through comprehensive development plans
Identify and qualify new business opportunities from concept to contract
Collaborate with Product Leaders to deliver integrated solutions
Lead complex negotiations in compliance with legal and regional requirements
Demonstrate deep expertise in the Automotive sector and supply chain strategies
Apply a consultative approach with a strong solutions-oriented mindset
Support customers with strategic insights and execution excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Strong experience in logistics and multinational environments
10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics
5+ years in key account leadership roles
Proven experience in commercial negotiations
Experience managing global networks and virtual teams
Strong knowledge of compliance, supply chain, and global commerce
Advanced negotiation and analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management at executive level
High level of cultural awareness and international exposure
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
