About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute marketing strategies that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Canada.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and website performance.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI)
Use data and analytics to identify trends, improve campaign effectiveness, and recommend opportunities for growth.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain and utilize CRM and reporting systems (Salesforce preferred) to track marketing performance and campaign results.
Coordinate marketing projects, promotions, events, and customer-facing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities and growth objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Bilingual in English and French preferred.
Proven experience managing external marketing agencies and vendors while driving accountability to measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and social media.
Experience using CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Understanding of the B2B customer journey and lead generation best practices.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
