Requirements
Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or inside sales
Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
Strong listening and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office
Available to work during U.S. business hours
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Close CRM, Follow Up Boss, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, Mojo Dialer, CallTools, RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, Five9, PhoneBurner, or other CRM or dialing software
