About this role
Role Overview
- Deliver preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of assets
- Maintain radar equipment, VHF Radio systems, CCTV network, and X-Ray equipment
- Assist with collation and updating of risk assessments and work in accordance with ABP’s safe systems of work
- Complete relevant paperwork and keep Mainsaver system up to date
- Carry out Electronic Testing, Inspection, and fault finding including remedial works, down to component level
Requirements
- HNC electronics or equivalent
- Ability to work at heights of 30 metres or more
- Full driving licence
- Flexible approach to working hours, to include on-call duties
- Knowledge of Radars systems, VHF Radios, CCTV and X-Rays (ideal)
- Software integration and coding for bespoke assets such as Tide & Weather Stations (ideal)
- Electronics or communications knowledge (ideal)
- PLC knowledge (ideal)
- Understanding of Network Systems (ideal)
