Role Overview
- Support content and asset approval processes in PromoMats (Veeva)
- Support broader Customer Experience projects across user experience, HCP experience, service operations and digital marketing
- Conduct analyses of patients, healthcare professionals and competitors
- Support reporting, data analysis and insight generation
- Support the team with administrative and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within business, marketing, digital, innovation or similar
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive work across structured processes
- Comfortable working with content, workflows, approvals, and process optimisation
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset and enjoy understanding patterns and insights
- Experience with Excel, reporting tools or content platforms is an advantage
