Develop and support continuous improvements in the department’s processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and standardization
Map, analyze, and review operational processes, identifying optimization opportunities
Propose, develop, and implement automation and improvement initiatives to reduce rework and increase productivity
Automate reports and operational routines using Excel, Power BI and/or automation tools
Support end-to-end process improvement projects
Perform exploratory data analysis to troubleshoot problems and generate insights
Develop management reports and analyses to support decision-making
Act as a continuous improvement agent within the commercial team, supporting routine optimization and process evolution
Collaborate with technology and data teams to enhance reports and automations

Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Intermediate English
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI
Knowledge of process automation (e.g., Power Automate and/or Python)
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or operational routines
Preferred: experience with process improvement and automation
Preferred: experience in the insurance or financial services market
