Managing the sales lifecycle for industrial refrigeration solutions, from lead generation to order closure, while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth
Ownership of customer requirements analysis, including studying tenders and email inquiries
Preparation and presentation of technical offers and leading negotiation meetings
Developing cost estimations and creating engaging product presentations tailored to client needs
Engaging with consultants to ensure our products are specified in client projects
Conducting market analysis to identify niche opportunities and expand the customer base for refrigeration packages
Promoting and integrating York Process System (YPS) and F&B solutions in collaboration with industrial consultants
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new ones
Coordinating with pre-sales teams for project-specific requirements and ensuring timely payment collections as per agreements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration sales, with a strong focus on ammonia systems
Exposure to gas compression technologies is an advantage
Proven expertise in tendering, technical proposal preparation, costing, negotiation, and sales closure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
