About this role

Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing activities of the Electrical and Software Engineering teams supporting BWCS’s Vision product lines.
Partner with engineering leadership to allocate resources for product development initiatives.
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard engineering staff.
Manage team workload, priorities, and engineering backlogs.
Lead Design Reviews and mentor early-career engineers.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience with modern leadership and team development practices.
Deep knowledge of electrical and software engineering principles and practices.
Software knowledge including C, C++, C#, embedded, Windows, Linux, Git/Github.
Vision processing experience including OpenCV, TensorFlow, YOLO.
Experience with PCB design, layout, and test; Altium preferred.
Ability to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally.
