Quality Control and Assurance Specialist – Radiology

Role Overview

• Works within the Radiology Command Center responsible for minimizing interruptions and improving workflow.
• Handles outgoing communications for critical findings and incoming requests from physicians.
• Monitors timely signing of reports, assists in monitoring turnaround times, and supports QA.
• Collaborates with outside facilities for second opinion read order requests.
• Partners with Imaging Informatics for IT infrastructure support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
