Supports clinical leadership and the care team in patient care activities by providing technical & logistical support within the IKC lane.
Schedules & facilitates patient case reviews; Distributes patient list for review and recommendations to the care team after reviews.
Supports quality improvement activities through gathering, tracking, and reporting data as directed by the manager/supervisor and ROM lead.
Acts as subject matter advisor to peers related to navigating eligible health plan programs and resources
Supports onboarding and training activities in conjunction with clinical support CSM.
Requirements
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
At least 2 years of experience in a medical/health-related office with healthcare insurance billing experience
Able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
Able to effectively navigate the EMR system without supervision
Experience leading teams as a Supervisor or special project lead.
