Role Overview
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to ensure efficient case management.
- Request, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation.
- Draft correspondence and legal support documents.
- Support lien tracking and documentation processes.
- Assist with case file management and document organization.
- Follow up with clients, providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed.
- Provide administrative and legal support for pre litigation personal injury cases.
Requirements
- Experience using Filevine or similar legal case management software preferred.
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and standard office technology.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned work.
- Personal injury legal support experience.
- Attention to detail.
