5+ years of experience configuring and supporting integrated banking systems, including loans and customer information
Strong expertise in financial institution operations, including banking products, processes, and risk frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead complex consulting engagements from planning through delivery
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address ambiguous business challenges
Proven experience translating business objectives into actionable technology and process solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Ability to manage multiple priorities, engagements, and teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading consulting professionals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills-based experience
