Lead daily inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance
Oversee cycle count execution, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, and inventory-related reporting
Provide direct leadership to inventory associates
Proactively monitor inventory performance, resolve inventory variances, and partner with Operations, Receiving, and other functional teams
Drive root-cause analysis of inventory discrepancies
Oversee inventory accuracy initiatives
Ensure team members execute processes in accordance with established warehouse and WMS procedures
Identify process improvement opportunities, coach employees, support compliance efforts, and maintain inventory integrity

H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred logistics, supply chain, or related field
Two (2) years or more in manufacturing/production/distribution inventory required
Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required
Two (2) years or more PC Inventory and accounting skills required
Two (2) years or more in problem solving skills experience, use of formal Root Cause Countermeasure Systems preferred
Intermediate computer skills required
Exposure to Lean principles, systems and tools beginner preferred
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred
Knowledge of OSHA required intermediate preferred
DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required based on the account intermediate preferred
APICS certified intermediate preferred
