Overseeing the movement of inventory, products, and materials throughout a high-volume distribution facility to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
Leads and develops warehouse teams, monitors workflow processes, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to optimize throughput, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
Analyzes operational performance metrics, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and implements solutions that support customer expectations and business objectives.
Plays a critical role in coordinating daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions.

H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
