Role Overview
Own the measurement strategy across marketing channels
Quantify marketing impact, ROI, and efficiency
Establish standards for method selection, interpretation, and usage
Partner closely with Data Science to design, build, and operationalize advanced attribution and response models
Ensure analytical rigor while prioritizing explainability and usability for business stakeholders
Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Finance, and Execution leaders on investment strategy
Lead a centralized marketing portfolio analytics function
Influence annual planning, in-year optimization, and long-term growth strategies through data-driven insights
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing analysts and managers
Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Marketing Ops to improve data quality, accessibility, and reliability
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience within Financial Services
At least 8 years of work experience within Marketing Analytics
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience within quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research etc.
Graduate degree preferred
A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics
Deep understanding of complex design or experiments methods (Multi arm bandit, full/half factorial etc.)
Strong quantitative orientation to innovate and find efficiencies in the application of data and technology to support business opportunities
Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity
Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence a wide variety of audiences.
Strong deck writing skills to influence senior leadership (CMO) are a must
