Role Overview
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
- Oversees the network team providing network services
- Manages resolution of complex issues
- Oversees implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Participates in development of short and long term department goals
- Manages testing and evaluation of vendor products
- Ensures compliance with IT and InfoSec policies
- Manages enterprise and data center network security strategies
- Leads security services in application hosting environments
- Leads architectural patterns for secure internet access
- Ensures Zscaler architecture aligns with Zero Trust principles
- Partners with security operations teams
- Participates in special projects
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years related work experience
- Network experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Strong working knowledge of network and cloud security architecture principles
- Management experience with Zscaler platforms, including ZIA and ZPA
