Vice President, Communications Consulting Leader

Role Overview

• Manages and leads a team of Communications Consultants (CCs)
• Responsible for client consulting, design and execution of benefits communication and education efforts for plan sponsors
• Builds positive relationships with internal business partners
• Supervises registered representatives.
• Reviewing key performance indicator metrics and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required or equivalent with 12-15 years of experience
• 7+ years of management experience is required
• Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services required
• Series 7, 63 and 24 required or attained within 90 days of hire
• Ability to hire, manage, coach, and develop a diverse team across multiple geographical locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
