About this role
Role Overview
- Strengthen the firm's relationships with existing accounts and drive continuous service improvements with the ultimate focus on business retention
- Focus on LIHTC/NMTC Funds and serve as the primary face of U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance to upper tier investors on a post-close basis
- Prepare and deliver annual and quarterly reports to investors
- Facilitate the preparation of syndicated funds’ financial models
- Coordinate the preparation of syndicated funds’ annual audited financial statements and tax returns
- Process syndicated funds’ legal documentation and invoices
- Manage the various needs of the syndicated funds from close to investor exit
- Communicate with internal Impact Finance Asset Managers and investors on lower tier requests to gain investor consent
- Assist the Syndications Project Management team on pre-close activities
Requirements
- Typically Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of related experience
- Strong skills in financial analysis, understanding of financial models, and familiarity with internal rate of return concepts
- Understanding of partnership tax returns, financial statements, tax concepts and/or partnership law and legal documents
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment and evaluating targeted returns from investments
- Ability to prioritize work, initiate projects/tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications and financial models
- Ability to formulate creative solutions and think 'outside the box'
