Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR compliance, Labor Relations, Employment & Labor Law, or a related field.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
