Manage quick-turn marketing requests from sales leaders and internal partners.
Assist in coordinating content creation and other marketing projects from inception to completion.
Contribute to developing content strategies tailored to the needs of our sales team and target audience.
Maintain strong working relationships with sales leaders.
Assist in strategizing and executing social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
Work alongside the marketing team to execute elements of larger campaigns.
Handle scheduling, calendar updates, internal communications, and other logistical needs.
Help organize internal resources and maintain shared folders and links.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in a marketing role or similar position.
Relationship-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, particularly sales professionals.
Email Marketing Expertise: Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions to engage target audiences and support field marketing objectives.
Team Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
