Create wireframes, flows, user journeys, and low
and high-fidelity prototypes.
Ensure usability and accessibility best practices and consistency with the Design System.
Facilitate co-creation sessions and actively collaborate with product, engineering, and other business areas.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into actionable insights.
Document discoveries, decisions, and deliverables clearly and in an organized manner.
Use data and track metrics to inform decisions and advocate for the user in product discussions.

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Designer (end-to-end process).
Strong knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools.
Experience working in agile teams and with continuous discovery and delivery routines.
Nice-to-have / to stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:
Experience with cards, loans, or credit products.
Experience with payments, banking, or financial products.
Familiarity with Adobe, Maze, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
Intermediate English.
