Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure an effective customer journey.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets and KPIs.
Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions.
Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in SaaS/software Account Management or Customer Success, with a focus on post-sale growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion (B2B preferred)
Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts, including consistently exceeding expansion and retention targets
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and identify growth opportunities
Strong ability to understand technical products and translate their value to non-technical stakeholders, while monitoring account health and proactively addressing risks or opportunities
Proficient with CRM and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) to manage pipeline and customer activity
Highly self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills, especially in managing multiple accounts and initiatives concurrently
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and business models (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, etc.); experience in the property management vertical is a plus.
