Lead Engineer – Supply Chain Systems, Manhattan WMS

Role Overview

• Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional business & IT teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Ensure the team writes clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Lead and mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth
• Scale up development efforts and actively contribute as a hands-on developer when project demands require

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Any Certification in Manhattan WMOS/TMS/Supply Chain related areas is advantageous
• 10+ years of experience in application development, with strong focus on supply chain systems
• Extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS/TMS (Active WM strongly preferred)
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
• Strong experience in solution architecture, integrations, and full SDLC ownership
• Expertise in Oracle SQL/PL, Unix, shell scripting
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular (or any framework) for frontend and Springboot/Django for backend
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
