Lead a team responsible for delivering, evolving, and supporting legal technology solutions
Oversee the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of these solutions
Provide leadership oversight for run-the-business operations and project execution
Set direction, coach team members, and drive execution and accountability for initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and impact
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience; or a Juris Doctor degree
10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, or a similar role
Proven expertise in evaluating, implementing, scaling, and optimizing CLM, workflow management, and other legal technology solutions
Deep, hands-on expertise across end-to-end legal contracting and related processes
