Role Overview
- Provide technical support to clients, in person or remotely
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
- Log, track, and update support tickets
- Advise users on the correct use of equipment and applications
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations and peripherals
- Ensure quality of service
Requirements
- Completed or in-progress Technical vocational training in IT, Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Experience providing technical support to users, in person and/or remotely
